Saffron milk is a great alternative for anyone who is intolerant to caffeine. It can completely replace the morning coffee, it is invigorating and gives us energy without harming our nervous system.

This magical drink both invigorates and energizes, as well as soothes the body and spirit.

To prepare the saffron milk, put the milk on the stove to heat up and before that, crush the almonds, saffron and the seeds from the cardamom pods in a mortar.

Add the aromatic ingredients to the warm milk, add the vanilla and let it simmer over low to moderate heat for 5-6 minutes.

After removing it from the heat, leave it covered for 3-4 minutes.

Strain it into two glasses and serve it with a sprinkle of two of saffron per glass.
