How to make
In a small pot, melt the butter. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Stew it in the pot.
Add the rice. Fry, until it becomes transparent.
Pour the white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the spices, mix and pour the water.
Reduce the heat to low and without stirring, wait for the water to boil.
Cover the fully cooked stewed rice with a lid and wait five to ten minutes.
It is ideal as a side dish for all kinds of meats.
