"Chocolate Linzers for your Christmas table and a great mood!"

Ingredients

  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • jam - for sticking them together
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

To make these delicious Linzers, mix the butter at room temperature with powdered sugar, until it softens. Add the egg yolks and cocoa.

Add the sifted flour and knead a ball of buttery dough.

Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour.

Take it out and roll it out into a crust with a thickness of 0.1 (2-3 mm). Cut out circles with a round cookie cutter.

Cut a small hole in the middle with half of the circles. Turn on the oven at 360°F (180°C) to heat up.

Arrange the festive cookies on a tray lined with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven for a short time.

The baked cookies are soft when taken out, but they harden as they cool.

Spread the whole circles with jam and the ones with the holes are placed on top.

Sprinkle linzers with powdered sugar.
