Blend the oats, until a flour is obtained.
Pour them into a bowl, add the other products - without the spirulina and mix well.
Divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts, add the spirulina to one and stir again.
Form the vegan candies from the mixture and leave them in the refrigerator or freezer, until they harden.
Then colorful protein candies are ready to eat!
