Ingredients

  • oats - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • chocolate protein - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • peanut tahini - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • agave syrup - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • protein drink - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml) soy
  • maca powder - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • cocoa grains - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • beet powder - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • blue spirulina - 0.2 oz (5 g)

How to make

Blend the oats, until a flour is obtained.

Pour them into a bowl, add the other products - without the spirulina and mix well.

Divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts, add the spirulina to one and stir again.
