How to make
Mix the almond milk with the chia seeds and the crushed or ground flaxseed.
Leave it overnight and before going to bed, stir it several times. This way the chia won't get lumpy.
The next morning, mix again and sweeten it with as much stevia powder as you like.
Add the raspberry jam - just the small berries of the wild raspberry, as well as pieces of fresh fruit of choice. It is preferable to use fruit with a slight acidity for contrast and more freshness.
