How to make
Pour some fat into a pot. Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces and grate the carrot.
Put them in the pot and stew them over low heat, until they slightly soften.
Pour hot water and add the Brussels sprouts. Boil, until all the vegetables are fully cooked. Add the grated tomato and after 5 minutes add the noodles.
Boil the soup, until the noodles are done and remove it from the heat.
Season with salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
