How to make
Cut the oranges and lemon in half and squeeze their juice.
Divide each half into 4 parts. Slice them as thinly as possible. The peel may be immediately placed in a pot, in which the orange jam will then be cooked.
Pour the juice from the lemon and oranges, add 2 cups (500 ml) of water. Cover it and leave it overnight at room temperature.
The next day, put the pot over the heat, leave it to boil and reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook for about an hour, at a constant but not high boilimg point.
During this time, the peels should become transparent and the liquid should evaporate by at least a third.
After about an hour, remove the pot from the heat. Add the sugar and mix.
Place the pot on medium heat and heat it up.
Important: The sugar must be completely dissolved before boiling.
Boil the orange and lemon jam for about 10 minutes.
