How to make
The pork shank is cut into pieces and fried in heated fat, then it is transferred into the ceramic pot of the slow cooker.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. The mushrooms, onions and carrots are cleaned and cut into slices.
All the vegetables are transferred to the meat.
Add as much salt as you like, a little oil, paprika, tomato puree, flour, bay leaf and cumin powder.
Pour about half a glass of water, cover the appliance with a lid and turn it on the first setting for five hours.
The finished pork stew is served sprinkled with fresh parsley.
