Ingredients

  • spinach - 1 handful
  • arugula - 1 handful
  • beetroot leaves - 1 handful
  • quinoa - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • buffalo cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs. (boiled)
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • vinegar

How to make

Boil the quinoa for 10-12 minutes.

Strain the water in a colander and leave it to cool.

Wash the green salads well and place them in a salad bowl.

Add the diced tomatoes, cheese and the cooled quinoa.

Season the quinoa salad with salt, olive oil and vinegar.

Mix well, arrange the chopped eggs on top and sprinkle the green salad mix with quinoa and buffalo cheese with sesame seeds.
