How to make
Wash, dry and cut the chicken into small cubes.
Sprinkle with black pepper, thyme, as much salt as you like and mix.
Finely chop the onion, the tomatoes and the mushrooms into small cubes. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them in a bowl of cold water.
In a pan, fry the chicken briefly. Add the onion and mushrooms, fry them for about 10 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
Prepare the sauce, you will coat the potatoes with it.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise and grate the cleaned and washed garlic cloves and mix well.
Grease a baking pan with oil and arrange half of the potato slices on the bottom.
Spread with half of the sauce and distribute half of the diced tomatoes.
Next up is the chicken meat. Distribute it evenly, as well as the remaining diced tomatoes on top.
Arrange the remaining potato slices on top of them, which you need to spread with the remaining sauce.
Place the baking pan with the appetizing casserole in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) oven and bake, until a golden color is obtained on top for about 40-50 minutes.
