How to make
Wash, clean and cut the chicken. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the meat.
Remove it and transfer it into a baking tray. Peel and fry the mushrooms in the same fat. Cut and add the pickles.
Pour the white wine and wait for it to evaporate. Add the cream. Pour the cream sauce into a pan, sprinkle with black pepper and bake the chicken casserole at 390°F (200°C).
Leave the delicious casserole to cool and sprinkle it with parsley.
