How to make
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and pour them into a baking pan.
Add the butter and bake the mushrooms for 10 minutes in the oven at 390°F (200 degrees).
Beat the eggs, add the ricotta, cream, cottage cheese, mozzarella, cheese, salt and turmeric.
Stir and pour this mixture over the mushrooms. Place the baking pan back into the oven and bake the casserole for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished keto mushroom casserole with black pepper, thyme and oregano and serve.
