How to make
Clean the pumpkin from the skin, cut it into cubes and put it in a pot with a little water and leave it to boil.
The gelatin is prepared according to the instructions written on the package.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Place the boiled pumpkin in a bowl, add the orange juice and honey.
Mix all this well or blend it in a blender, until a pumpkin puree is obtained.
Heat the gelatin and pour it into the mixture.
Stir and pour the jelly cream mixture into molds.
Place it in the refrigerator, so that the pumpkin cream set.
After removing it from the molds, put the pumpkin jelly dessert on a plate and sprinkle it with colorful sprinkles on top, if desired.
