How to make
In a pot, stew the finely chopped onion, garlic and 2-3 cubes of celery in 2-3 tbsp. of oil .
When the onion softens, add 1 level top tbsp. of flour, which has been toasted in a non greased pan. Then add a jar of peeled canned tomatoes, which we have finely chopped in advance, sprinkle them with 1 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of sugar.
Add 1 liter of cold water and leave it to boil. After the soup boils, wait 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, add 1/2 cup of bulgur to the boiling soup.
Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove the soup from the heat and sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley and 1-2 celery leaves.
If necessary, season with as much salt as you like.
The tomato soup is delicious both hot and cold.
The tomato soup with canned tomatoes is ready.
