Ingredients

  • baby field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - a small cube (the size of two matchboxes)
  • salt - a pinch
  • bacon - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 large clove
  • black pepper
  • pink pepper
  • white pepper
  • salt - by taste
  • parsley - 2 - 3 tbsp. finely chopped

How to make

The mushrooms are cleaned and washed. They are cut into slices along with the stumps.

They are transferred into a pan with a non-stick coating, in which we have preheated the butter to a moderate temperature on the stove.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and stew for two to three minutes.

The bacon is cut into thin strips and added to the mushrooms and as soon as the fat is released, the onion cut into thin circles and the crushed clove of garlic is added.

They are fried briefly, until the onion softens and sprinkled with freshly ground black, pink and white pepper.

The stove is turned off, the mushrooms in butter are sprinkled with a little salt and finely chopped fresh parsley.

Mix and serve them immediately.
