How to make
Cut the chanterelle mushrooms and stew them in the heated oil. Add the finely chopped onion, carrot and peppers.
Sprinkle them with flour, mix and pour water. Boil the soup. Once the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the tomato juice, rice and spices.
After 15 minutes, add the chopped dill and remove it from heat.
Serve the mushroom soup with sour cream and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
The mushroom soup with vegetables and rice is ready.
