How to make
Roll out the puff pastry /work with slightly chilled dough/.
Cut out circles and using a spoon, put some of the chocolate spread in the middle of each circle.
Fold in half and overlap the edges using a fork.
Arrange the croissants on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven, until they aquire a golden color.
The mini puff pastry croissants with chocolate are ready.
