  • cauliflower - 1 small head
  • asparagus - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 5 spoons
  • salt
  • basil
  • white bread - 2 slices

How to make

The cauliflower is cleaned of the green leaves, torn into bouquets and placed in water.

Clean and cut the asparagus into small pieces and put them with the cauliflower to boil.

The cooked vegetables are blended. Heat oil in another pot, add the flour and fry.

Pour the blended vegetables on top of the soup. Boil, until the soup thickens.

Season the vegetable soup with salt, according to your taste and season with basil.
