"A kiwi, strawberry and chia shake is your delicious weight loss secret."

Ingredients

  • kiwi - 3 pcs.
  • strawberry - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • almond milk - 4 2/3 tbsp (70 ml))
  • chia - 1 tbsp. with a tip (chia)
  • mineral water - about 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • honey - 1 oz (25 g) or by taste
  • ice - crushed, optional

How to make

Soak the chia (chia) seeds in the water for about 30 minutes or until they swell.

Peel and cut the kiwi and clean and cut the strawberries too.

Put the fruit in the jug of a blender and add the honey (or agave syrup), the yogurt, almond milk and the swollen chia seeds along with the gelatinous substance formed from them.

Blend everything at maximum speed for 1 minute.

Pour into a glass, garnish with pieces of fruit and serve. If you want the shake to thicken even more, put it in the refrigerator for a while, which will thicken it even more.

You can also add crushed ice and grind everything together. Another option is to have your fruit frozen in advance.
