These zucchini croquettes are great - try them as well.

A thick dough is obtained.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl. With wet hands, form oblong croquettes and roll them in breadcrumbs.
First, all of the zucchini croquettes are prepared and arrange them on foil.
Heat oil, make sure it's plentiful and fry them on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
Take them out and place them onto a napkin to absorb the fat.
These zucchini croquettes, served with garlic sauce are great!
