How to make
The zucchini are grated and squeezed well by hand.
The finely chopped onions and garlic are added to the squeezed zucchini.
Stir with a spoon.
The crumbled white cheese is added to this mixture and the yellow cheese, cut into very small cubes.
Season the mixture for the baked zucchini croquettes with salt and black pepper.
Crack the eggs and mix the zucchini with a spoon.
The flour is added last, the mixture for our croquettes is stirred for the last time and it is ready.
Line a tray with baking paper and form vegetable croquettes with your hands.
They are arranged in the tray and baked in an oven at 480°F (250°C) with the fan on.
Halfway through baking the croquettes are turned to cook evenly on both sides.
