How to make
Clean and wash the fish. Make slits on one side of each fish.
Season with salt, black pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Finely chop the spices and the rest of the squeezed lemon and stuff the fish.
Cut the remaining half of the lemon into crescents and put them in the slits of the fish.
Put them in a suitable baking pan with baking paper and pour the wine and oil. Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C), until they're fully cooked. Serve them with garnish of choice.
