How to make
I beat the eggs with a liquidizer and added as much salt as I wanted.
I added the yogurt to the mixture, the baking powder and the grated white cheese on a coarse grater. I mixed well.
I poured the finished mixture into a greased baking pan and baked in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C), until a golden color was obtained.
After I took the omelette out of the oven, I spread it with a lump of butter.
