How to make
Select well-ripened quinces. Clean and dice them.
Pour them into a baking pan, add the dried fruit, by having previously finely chopped the apricots.
Dissolve the honey in a glass of warm water. Add the rum, mix well and pour the mixture over the fruit.
Finally, add the butter cut into small pieces.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Roast the quinces for about an hour. When the liquid evaporates completely, remove the baking pan and sprinkle with the walnuts.
Place it back into the oven for about 10 minutes.
The roasted quinces with honey and butter are ready.
