How to make

On a Mandolin grater, cut the figs into thin slices (if you don't have one, you can use a knife, but they must be very thin).

Arrange them onto cling film, add the cheese and wrap them into a roll. Leave it like that for five minutes.

Carefully remove the cling film and place it on a plate. Dip a brush in honey and spread the figs. Sprinkle crushed pecans on the side.

If you like, you can cut the figs into quarters and roast them in the oven. While they are warm, place pieces of cheese in the middle.
