How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Season with spices and salt.
Heat the olive oil in a Teflon pan and pour the flavored chicken pieces. Fry for about 10 minutes, by stirring at all times.
Cut the zucchini into thin crescents and pour them into the pan with the chicken. Add the finely chopped spring onions.
Cook for another 10 minutes, by stirring occasionally.
Divide the finished dish into two plates. Drip 2-3 drops of balsamic vinegar on top of each plate.
Mix the strained yogurt with the mascarpone and pour 2 tbsp. from the mixture on the finished dish in each plate.
If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh onion.
Now you can serve the Chicken and Zucchini Dinner.
