Ingredients

  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • field mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • universal spice
  • dill
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Clean the field mushrooms, peel and wash them.

Dry them and cut the bigger ones.

Melt the butter in a deep pan. Pour the mushrooms and stew them for 5 minutes.

When they are soft and remain in fat, sprinkle them with black pepper, all-purpose seasoning and as much salt as you like.

Sprinkle the prepared mushrooms in butter with fresh dill and serve them immediately.
