How to make
Clean the fish from the fine scales. Cut them into pieces, season with salt and leave them for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the salt.
Mix the flour with the dill. Beat the eggs. Heat the fat and put the pieces of fish in it, by dipping them in egg, flour and egg again first.
Fry, until they aquire a golden color on all sides.
Drain from the fat and serve the fried fish with a suitable salad. Garnish with lemon.
The breaded white fish (notothenia) with dried dill is ready.
