How to make
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix the milk and egg in a separate bowl. Mash the two bananas in a bowl and add them to the milk. Once the bananas are no longer stuck together, add the flour mixture and a little oil.
Mix well. Finally, if desired, as much cinnamon as you want is added.
The mixture is ready and all that remains is to fry the pancakes.
* These pancakes are made smaller and thicker, not thin and as wide as the pan. They are eaten with fruit or something sweet (or savory) on top and are not rolled up like the regular ones.
