How to make
Wash and zest the lemon finely. Squeeze it and set the lemon juice aside.
Beat the sugar and eggs, add the oil, lemon juice and zest. Whisk to a homogeneous batter.
Mix the flour with the vanilla powder and baking powder and add it to the remaining ingredients. Toss in the yogurt as well.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C), cover the muffin molds with paper cups. Distribute the batter evenly and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
