Ingredients

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)

How to make

I sift the flour into a bowl and add the baking powder to it and mix well.

I grind the walnuts with a nut grinder. I measure my oil. I beat the eggs for a long time in another bowl, then add the sugar to them and beat again very well. I add the oil to the mixture and beat again with the mixer.

I clean my carrots beforehand and grate them not too coarsely. I add the grinded walnuts to the mixture with the eggs, oil and sugar. I gradually add the flour with the mixed baking powder to the mixture and mix with the mixer, but you can also use a spoon, but it must be mixed very well.

Then I add 1 tsp. of the cinnamon and grinded walnuts, stir very well with a spoon.

I grease my muffin tins with oil or butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. The mixture is for 12 muffins. I distribute the mixture evenly and smooth it out with a spoon.

Put the muffins to bake in an oven at 360°F (180°C). Once baked, put them in a suitable container and eat them with coffee.
