How to make
Heat the oil and stew the finely chopped onion, until it softens. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and garlic.
Season with the spices, add the rice and stew with a little water, until it swells.
Spread the rabbit with butter inside and out, then season it with a little salt and if desired, paprika. Stuff it with the stuffing and sew it.
Place the stuffed rabbit in a baking pan. Cover it on top with the pork chops, which are cut into thin slices, add the potatoes and the remaining butter on the side. Cover everything with a little water and roast under foil in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for about 2-2.5 hours.
