How to make
Wash and clean well the outside and inside of the lamb intestines.
Boil them in salted water.
Take out the intestines and cut them into small pieces, then place them back into the broth along with the washed rice, finely chopped spring onions, butter and paprika.
Boil the lamb soup for 10-15 minutes on moderate heat.
Serve it warm and sprinkled with ground black pepper.
