How to make
From all the products, I kneaded a soft dough, which I shaped like salami with the help of foil.
I put it in the fridge to cool a bit and then I cut it into cocoa cookies.
Depending on the thickness of the salami, between 35 and 40 cookies are obtained.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
After they have cooled, they are stored in a metal box.
This is my first time making something with erythritol and after looking at some recipes, I settled on 4.2 oz (120 g) as the amount, but it's not enough for my taste.
Next time in these Erythritol Cocoa Cookies I might try adding more, considering the bitter taste of the cocoa.
