How to make
Boil the quinoa for approx. 20 minutes and strain it.
When the quinoa has cooled, add the finely chopped carrot and onion to it and mix well.
Add the bacon, which is cut into small cubes.
Add the spices and eggs and mix everything well.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for approx. 20-30 min.
Heat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place baking paper on a tray and drizzle/smear it with oil.
Form small quinoa patties with slightly damp hands and arrange them in the tray.
Drizzle the bacon and quinoa patties on top with a little oil and place them in the oven.
Bake for approx. 20-30 minutes, until they harden and then carefully turn them over and bake them, until they aquire a golden color.
