  • peppers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cleaned the peppers from the seeds, wash them and arrange them in a baking pan.

The white cheese and yellow cheese are grated on a grater, the tomatoes are peeled and finely chopped.

Beat the eggs with the spices in a bowl and mix with the yellow cheese and white cheese.

Fill the peppers with the prepared stuffing and pour them olive oil (do not put liquid in the baking pan).

Bake the stuffed peppers at 370°F (190°C), until they are fully cooked.
