How to make
Mix the flour with baking powder.
Beat the egg into a bowl and mix it with a fork.
Add the rest of the products. Mix, until a smooth mixture without lumps is obtained.
Heat a pan with oil and using two spoons scoop the mixture and drop it into the fat.
Fry the buhti on medium heat, until they're done on both sides.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper and leave to cool slightly before serving.
