How to make
Beat the sugar and egg. Add the soda with the yogurt and oil, let it activate.
Knead the buhti dough, cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
Roll out a crust, which is 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick. Cut out circles with a 2″ (5 cm) cup.
Fry the homemade buhti until done. Remove and place them onto paper.
Sprinkle the soda and yogurt buhti with powdered sugar and serve.
