How to make
Sift the flour, pour the soda into the yogurt and add to the flour in a large bowl.
Pour the vanilla, oil, egg, sugar and mix.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for the buhti. You can add more flour.
Leave it for 20 minutes and roll it out with a wooden rolling pin into a rectangle. Cut it first into strips, then into rhombuses.
Fry the favorite buhti, until they aquire a golden color.
The sweet yogurt buhti are served sprinkled with powdered sugar.
