How to make
Grease a small baking dish with 1 tsp. of butter and pour the vegetables inside. Season them with a pinch of salt, pour the water and put it in the oven.
Stew the vegetables at 390°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream, turmeric, black pepper and processed cheese, which is cut into small pieces. Mix and pour it over the vegetables. Add the rest of the butter on top.
Place the baking dish back into the oven and bake the vegetable casserole for about 15-20 minutes.
