How to make
Cut the plums in half and arrange them in a tray (20-22cm), with the cut side down.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the milk, flour, coffee and cocoa. Beat the cream, but not too much. Add it to the mixture, by stirring gently.
Pour the mixture over the plums. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes (be careful not to overbake it).
If desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Serve the clafoutis slightly chilled.
