How to make
Wash the apples and grate them coarsely. Put them in a tray that you've laid out with baking paper. Sprinkle with the cinnamon, raisins and walnuts.
In a bowl, separate the whites from the yolks. To the whites, add the sugar and beat to snow with a mixer. Add in the yolks, oil and finally the flour.
Pour the dough over the apples and put it to bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for about 20 min. Invert it onto a towel, wrap into a roll with the filling remaining on the inside.
