Ingredients

  • plums - 1 lb (450 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • gelatin - 0.85 oz (24 g)

How to make

You need about 450-500 g plums.

Peel the plums, remove the pits and puree (if desired, rub the plums through a sieve).

Add the powdered sugar and gelatin to the puree.

Mix and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Place the bowl in a water bath and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Let the mixture cool and beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes at high speed, until you get a thick and fluffy cream.

Spread the marshmallow mixture in a foil-covered mold or use silicone molds.

Cover the top with foil and put the unique candies in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Then cut the mixture into cubes and if desired, roll them in a mixture of powdered sugar (1 tbsp.) and starch (1 tbsp.).
