How to make
The products should be at room temperature.
Beat the butter with the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
Add the cottage cheese and beat again with the mixer. Add the eggs one by one and continue beating.
Sift the flour along with the soda and add it to the cottage cheese. Mix with a silicone spatula.
Peel the pears, remove their core and cut them into thin slices.
Cover the mold with baking paper, pour the batter in it and arrange the slices of pears.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 50 minutes.
Take out the fruit cake, cover it with a towel and leave it to cool, then sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve it.
The cottage cheese and pear cake is ready.
