A slightly more unconventional way of serving lentils.
If you don't have boiled lentils, you can cook them. You need 2 bowls of ready-made lentils.
I assure you that it is very quick, tasty and filling, perfect both as a salad and as a side dish for grilled steaks.
The onion is cut into crescents and mashed with a little salt and vinegar to kill its spicy taste and the vegetables are cut into cubes. They are mixed well. Add the lentils to them, by straining the liquid if there is any.
Add chopped parsley and season according to taste with salt, olive oil and vinegar (or lemon).
