How to make
Mix the three types of flour, vanilla, baking powder and powdered sugar. Add milk or water to them to make the biscuits more dietary.
Crack the egg and add the cranberries, which have been grinded beforehand.
If they are very dry, before grinding them, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes.
From all of the ingredients knead a hard dough.
Roll it out into a thin crust of about 2-3 mm, so that it does not stick and sprinkle a little natural corn starch.
Cut the biscuits into your desired shape and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper. You will get 2 standard oven trays.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until the whole grain biscuits are golden brown around the edges.
Arrange the finished ones on a wire rack, until they cool.
Store these healthy and delicious Cranberry Whole Grain Biscuits in a tightly sealed container so they don't go soft and retain their flavor.
Enjoy!
