How to make
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the slightly warmed water. Add a little flour to make a thin mixture and leave it in a warm place for 8-10 minutes.
Sift the flour directly into the same bowl with the already risen yeast, by saving a little of it. Start kneading the dough, which should be quite soft, but still, if it seems too much, add the rest of the flour, if not, use it for sprinkling.
Transfer it onto a floured surface and add the salt and oil. Knead for at least 10-15 minutes. The dough is sticky and soft, but do not add more flour. So that it doesn't stick too much, lightly grease your hands. Place it back into the bowl, cover it and leave it for an hour and a half in a warm room.
Cut the risen dough into 3-4 parts, depending on the size you want for your bread buns to be. Form balls and stretch each of them with your fingers from the center to the edges, until a thickness of a little more than one centimeter is obtained. Do not use a rolling pin, do this only and only with your hands!
Lightly flour the shaped bread buns and place them onto baking paper. Let them rest for another 15-20 minutes.
During this time, heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and place the tray inside the oven. This is an important step, so I recommend that you don't skip it!
We take out the heated tray and carefully slide the paper with the bread buns on it (for this purpose, it is best to have chosen a flat tray). Immediately put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. As soon they aquire an appetizing color, take them out. They should remain white rather than golden.
Before serving, wait for them to cool slightly and consume them in the form of a sandwich, by cutting the bread in half lengthwise and filling it with various fillings of choice. This is just one suggestion and there are other ways you can consume them.
