How to make
Finely chop the onion, peppers and garlic. You can grind them in a blender on medium speed, so that they are grinded into small pieces, but not too finely.
Mix the chopped vegetables with the tomato puree and pour the oil or olive oil over them.
Pour this mixture into a pot and leave it to stew over moderate heat for 7-8 minutes.
Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks, put them to fry in the vegetable mixture for 3 minutes and then pour the beer with the lemon juice, white pepper and about 1 spoon of salt.
Cook with the lid slightly ajar for 20-25 minutes. Test with a fork by poking it into the meat and if it's fully cooked, remove it from the heat.
Season with more salt and white pepper, if needed.
Serve the delicious dish sprinkled with fresh, chopped parsley.
