How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add 1 cup of milk and flour to them, while stirring, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Boil the rest of milk on the stove and gradually add the egg mixture to it, by stirring continuously, until it thickens. Add the vanilla, stir and remove it from the heat.
Leave the resulting cream to cool completely. The puff pastry must be defrosted. In a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), bake the two crusts separately for 20 minutes, until they rise about 10-15 cm.
Leave the dough to cool in the oven, then cut the sheets carefully into two parts with a knife, so that you get a total of 4 sheets.
In a tray at the bottom, arrange a sheet, cream, so on and finish off with cream. On top, sprinkle with crushed pieces of the crusts.
