How to make
Cut the strawberries in halves. Heat the red wine on slow heat until evaporated by half, add the strawberries and sugar and boil the mixture for 5 min. Let it cool completely.
Drain the strawberries. Roll out the dough carefully and bake for 20 min. at 390°F (200°C). Let it cool. Mix the cream with the cottage cheese and half the powdered sugar. Cut the dough in 2.
Smear 1 half with the cream, place the strawberries on top. Cover with the other part and smear with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with the wine sauce poured on.
